I didn't choose to be a chef: the kitchen chose me, whispering in my ear that amidst the aromas, flavors, and precise gestures, there was my voice. I trained at ALMA, honing my technique, understanding the discipline, and learning respect for the ingredients. But it was traveling, cooking around Europe, that I understood the meaning of my path: not just to nourish, but to tell stories through dishes, to touch people's souls with a morsel of truth.

Every kitchen I've walked through has been a school, every dish I've prepared a confession, every encounter a seed. Then, like all authentic stories, mine too felt the pull of its origins. And so I returned.

Sicily: mother, muse, memory.

I want to stay here. Because here, where it all began, I can finally give shape to what I carry inside.

My dream is a restaurant that is an altar to this land, where every ingredient is an act of love, every recipe a poem, every guest a pilgrim welcomed in a gentle ritual.
I don't want to amaze, I don't want to cook, I want to feed on your emotions.
